Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities, Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
- Estimation work including tender pricing, bidding, preliminary budgeting based on PAR etc.
- Value Engineering & Cost Optimization in Estimation.




- Capable of reading and correlating drawings & specifications, identifying the item of works and preparing bill of items.
- Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials & labour.
- Should be conversant with applicable IS codes, schedule of rates, study & interpret tenders/ contracts on the basis of CPWD schedule.
- Capable of compiling a complete tender/estimation package and getting it approved from client/authority.
- Attending prebid meetings and creating technical prebid queries.
