- 2-6 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment or related field (CNA, LPN, Allied role).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Manage aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Source healthcare professional including Nurses, Nursing Assistants and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals,
- Handle bulk requirements from various healthcare clients and VMS portals.
- Work on W2, and Direct Client requirements.




- Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
- Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
- Proficient in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
- Hands-on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter for at least 2 years.
- Agile and result-oriented individual.
- Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
