Appan Courier a brand of Appan Dukan Marketing and services Pvt Ltd (Appan Group) is looking for an experienced and proactive Territory Sales Manager / Franchise Development Manager to lead and grow our courier and logistics projects. The role involves managing field sales teams, acquiring new B2B clients, onboarding new LMBPs (Last Mile Business Partners), expanding delivery networks, and ensuring smooth execution of courier operations within the assigned territory.

Location: Delhi | Delhi NCR | Gurugram | Ghaziabad | Haryana

Salary & Benefits - Fixed Salary: 4 LPA to 6.5 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities :

* Lead, guide, and manage field sales executives across the assigned territory

* Drive acquisition of B2B courier clients including e-commerce sellers, corporates, retailers, and warehouses

* Onboard current LMBPs and expand last-mile delivery coverage

* Develop and grow courier projects across new pin codes and delivery routes





* Achieve territory-wise sales, onboarding, and revenue targets

* Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, surveys, and site assessments

* Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs with clients and partners

* Coordinate with operations, hub, and delivery teams for smooth onboarding and execution

* Monitor service quality, delivery performance, and client satisfaction

* Handle client and partner escalations and resolve operational or commercial issues

* Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports

* Analyze market trends, competition, and recommend growth strategies
