Role Overview

We are looking for a hardcore Performance Marketer—someone who understands numbers better than opinions.

This role is not about running ads. It’s about building a scalable, profitable acquisition engine across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

You should know how to scale budgets, control CAC, improve ROAS, and turn creatives into revenue machines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat,LinkedIn
- Build structured campaigns for acquisition, retargeting, and retention

2. Budgeting & Scaling

- Manage high ad spends efficiently with explicit ROI focus
- Scale winning campaigns without breaking performance
- Allocate budgets across platforms based on performance data

3. Data-Driven Optimisation

- Track and optimize key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, LTV
- Deep dive into campaign data to identify improvement areas
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages

4. Creative & Funnel Understanding

- Work closely with creative team to build high-converting ad creatives
- Guide team on what works vs what doesn’t (hooks, formats, messaging)
- Optimize entire funnel—from ad landing page conversion

Audience & Targeting Expertise

- Build and scale custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools
- Understand user behaviour across platforms and optimize accordingly

6. Tracking & Analytics

- Set up and manage pixels, conversion APIs, events tracking
- Work with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager
- Ensure accurate attribution and reporting

7. Marketplace & D2C Alignment

- Align performance campaigns with Amazon, Flipkart & website sales strategy
- Drive both brand awareness + direct conversions

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (must-have)
- Working knowledge of Snapchat & LinkedIn Ads
- Proven track record of scaling ad spends with profitable ROAS
- Deep understanding of D2C funnels and performance metrics
- Ability to take data-backed decisions (not guesswork)
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns
- Solid analytical mindset + execution speed

Bonus (Good to Have)

- Experience in consumer durable / appliances category
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
- Experience with email/SMS retargeting flows
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, Klaviyo, etc.

- Excel / Google Sheets (must be strong)
