- Analyze and interpret complex benefit plans, including defined benefits and defined contribution plans.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee benefits data using advanced Excel skills.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Provide expert guidance on advantages-related matters to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Strong understanding of defined benefits and defined contribution pension plans, as well as US healthcare regulations (e.g., ERISA).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
