Why this role exists

Our supply comes from thousands of partners QSR chains, hotels, cloud kitchens, and food business operators (FBOs) who hand us their used cooking oil. Today those relationships are managed on the ground but not yet grown as a system.

We're hiring someone to build the Supply Partner Management function from the ground up: put the tooling and discipline in place first, then build and lead the team that grows collection volume account by account. This is a builder role. You'll own the system, the data, and the team.

The Role

- Stand up the CRM as the single source of truth for every supply partner
- Design the MIS layer: collection volume per account, volume consistency, and leakage/shrinkage signals reported cleanly.
- Define the account health model (what a healthy vs at-risk” supplier looks like) and reason-coded capture for every field interaction and visit outcome.




- Lead a supply-partner management team.
- Own retention and volume growth on named key accounts — keep the big suppliers, grow their share, win back lapsed ones
- Partner with Ops, Data and Tech team to close gaps between what's promised on the ground and what lands in the MIS.
- Eventually grow the team and vertical into a full time CRM/Supplier experience department.

Who you are

- 8–12 years in B2B supply-chain, aggregation, vendor/merchant management, or supplier success — you've owned a book of suppliers or partners, not consumers
- You've stood up or meaningfully rebuilt a CRM system, not just used one someone else configured.
- Equally solid on relationships and systems, you can hold a hotel-chain procurement head and build the dashboard that tracks them.
- Fluent in Excel/MIS (pivots, lookups, clean reporting) and comfortable owning CRM configuration and adoption.
- Bonus: exposure to waste/recycling/supply chains.
