About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Associate London Insurance Market Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Risk and Premium Bordereaux processing, premium and tax calculations, cash allocation, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the London Insurance Market, a strong understanding of Lloyd's processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers, Coverholders, and internal underwriting teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of experience in London Insurance Market Operations.
- Valuable understanding of:
- Lloyd's of London processes
- Risk & Premium Bordereaux
- Insurance Slips
- Premium, tax, and commission calculations
- Cash allocation and reconciliation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Location- Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

- Review, validate, and process Risk Bordereaux and Premium Bordereaux.
- Verify underwriting, premium, commission, and policy-related data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform premium, tax, and commission calculations in accordance with London Market guidelines.
- Manage cash allocation, reconciliations, and investigate/resolution of unmatched cash items.
- Review and interpret insurance slips, policy documentation, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with brokers, Coverholders, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and processing of Risk and Premium Bordereaux.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery while meeting operational deadlines.
