Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for a combination of Business Development and Key Account Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client matters.
- Understand and anticipate client needs while coordinating internally to deliver the right solutions.
- Ensure revenue growth through cloud solutions and managed services while helping customers successfully adopt cloud technologies.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives for both existing and new accounts.
- Identify and research current business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Drive business development for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Grow Managed Services revenue for PSSPL by identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Acquire new customers while focusing on upselling and cross selling cloud solutions within the existing customer base.
- Create demand across the assigned territory for cloud migration,



modernization, managed services, and cloud-native solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels within customer and partner organizations, including CXO-level discussions.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with pre-sales, cloud architects, and alliance teams to close opportunities and drive customer success.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage enterprise accounts. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical, alliance, and delivery teams.
- Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, or cloud partners will be preferred.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.
