About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Team Leader Insurance Sales to lead and manage a team of telesales executives. The role involves ensuring sales targets are achieved, optimizing dialer utilization, and delivering high-quality customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of insurance telesales executives.
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly insurance sales targets.
- Track and optimize dialer performance, occupancy, utilization, and sales conversions.
- Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company policies.
- Train and coach the team on insurance products, objection handling, and pitching skills.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports on sales and productivity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales as Team leader (BPO/Contact Center).
- Proven experience in dialer management, occupancy & utilization tracking, conversion improvement.
- Positive understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
