Job Title - Business Analyst / Project Manager Intelligent Automation
Location: Remote (India-based, serving majorly International clients)
Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager with expertise in Intelligent Automation (RPA) and to lead enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with business analysis expertise to drive digital transformation initiatives, establish delivery governance, and manage cross-functional teams.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, solution architects, developers, and leadership to deliver automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and generate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Intelligent Automation and RPA projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Automation Delivery
- Manage the complete automation lifecycle from assessment through deployment and hypercare.
- Coordinate with RPA developers, Solution Architects, Infrastructure, and QA teams.
- Drive automation governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards and best practices.
- Track automation advantages including ROI, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business units and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and project governance reviews.
- Manage vendor coordination where applicable.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Best Practice Development in organization
- Establish and maintain business analysis standards, templates, and governance.
- Mentor Business Analysts and junior Project Managers.
- Support capability building through training, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Intelligent Automation or RPA projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
