- Change Experience & Learning - Working with clients to define the new Workforce Experience including Recent Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) as well as accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies to support effective delivery across consulting engagements. Ability to plan, track, and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with precision. Proficient in managing project documentation, status reporting, and issue tracking to ensure delivery control. Capable of working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to maintain alignment on scope and objectives. Experienced in applying general consulting skills to support analysis, execution, and structured problem-solving. Strong client management expertise, Strong HR domain expertise
