Job Title: House Manager / Household Manager
Location: New Delhi
Working Hours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our home. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, fluent in English, and capable of managing household staff, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring a well-organized home environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of two household maids and one driver, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the household, including cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in managing the daily routine and requirements of two school-going children, including schedules, meals, activities, and appointments.
- Maintain household inventories, grocery lists, and ensure timely procurement of household essentials.
- Coordinate with service providers, maintenance personnel, and other vendors as required.
- Manage household calendars, appointments, and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Should be able to help kids with the school requirements and work.




- Handle household responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate (preferred).
- Fluent in spoken English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Housekeeper, or in a similar role managing premium households.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to supervise household staff effectively.
- Smart, well-groomed, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic smartphone applications, and maintaining simple records if required.
- Honest, dependable, punctual, and able to handle responsibilities independently.
- Adaptable to manage occasional changes in household schedules or priorities.
