About the Company

The company is engaged in delivering commercial and residential interior projects, with a robust focus on painting and surface finishing solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for Site Supervisors with experience in interior fit-out projects. Candidates should preferably come from the Interior, Paint, Coating, or Surface Finishing industry. Candidates from steel fabrication or structural backgrounds will not be considered.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in interior projects is mandatory
- Candidates from Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Paint, Coating,



or Finishing companies will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and site safety norms
- Handle client coordination and resolve site-related issues
- Manage multiple sites, if required, and maintain project documentation

Preference: Immediate joiners with relevant experience in the Interior, Paint, Coating, or Surface Finishing industry.
