Role & Responsibilities -

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor Retail Pharmacy DIV. to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume retail pharmacy outlet in Dwarka, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in independently managing a pharmacy store with 3+ Crore monthly sales, 5 Lakh+ daily billing, inventory, cash operations, customer service, and team supervision while ensuring smooth store operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy outlet.
- Handle 3+ Crore monthly sales and 5 Lakh+ daily billing efficiently.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor expiry, near-expiry, damaged stock, and stock loss.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash collection, cash reconciliation, and banking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store productivity.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and vendor teams for uninterrupted stock availability.
- Maintain store hygiene, SOP compliance, and statutory pharmacy regulations.
- Prepare daily sales reports, inventory reports, and operational MIS.
- Ensure complete ownership of store performance, profitability,



and operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

We are looking for a result-oriented retail pharmacy professional with strong operational expertise and leadership skills.

Candidate should have:

- 6 to 10 years of experience in organized Retail Pharmacy Chains.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager.
- Proven experience in managing 2–3+ Crore monthly store sales.
- Hands-on experience in handling 5 Lakh+ daily billing and cash operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock audits, expiry control, and shrinkage management.
- Experience in leading and engaging a retail store team.
- Good understanding of pharmacy billing software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- D.Pharm/B.Pharm will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirement -

Only candidates with experience in organized Retail Pharmacy Chains such as Apollo Pharmacy, MedPlus, Wellness Forever, Tata 1mg, Guardian Pharmacy, Noble Plus, or similar pharmacy retail organizations will be considered.

Candidates from non-pharmacy retail backgrounds will not be considered.
