Job Description: Program Manager, Law

Candidates from National Law Universities (NLUs) will be preferred.

A. Responsibilities:

a. Connect with Business partners and support in increasing Law business at centres through sessions, counselling trainings, Product improvement, Mock attendance, enhancing student engagement.

b. Create and maintain product offerings, pricing, and competitive analysis.

c. Work on creating new product according to market analysis and demand.

d. Research and stay updated on the latest exam patterns for law entrance exams and compile information for students' reference.

e. Conduct market research to analyse competitor offerings and consumer behaviour on different social media platforms, providing insights to enhance the program& marketing efforts.

f. Collect and compile results of law entrance exams from various sources for analysis and promotions.

g. Coordinate and schedule meetings with different centre teams for conducting marketing & academic webinars/ seminars.

h. Ensure that the right content reaches the market at the right time.

i. Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute the launch of new batches, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to timelines.

j. Address and resolve issues related to the Telegram platform, providing support to students and troubleshooting technical problems.

k. Assist in managing and organizing a repository of information about various colleges and their programs, providing support to students in their college selection process.

l. Develop a comprehensive plan and strategy for any new initiatives/ program to be used to increase revenue generation.

m. Create informative blog articles targeting the CLAT audience, covering relevant topics and insights.

Source and gather video testimonials and quotes from successful CLAT achievers and achievers to inspire and motivate current students.

o. Develop a comprehensive study plan and schedule for LST students, outlining the recommended approach and timeline for their coursework and exam preparation.

p. Coordinate and manage the logistics for the Achievers' Meet events, ensuring a successful gathering of accomplished CLAT achievers and prospects.

q. Analyse and provide feedback on the performance of CLAT students in Prime Mock exams, creating video analysis sessions for their reference and improvement.

r. Review and update the LST program's online tests and assessments on the website,

ensuring accuracy and alignment with the curriculum. Accordingly, implement changes and updates to the online tests on the program& website as required,

reflecting the latest developments and feedback.

B. Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5 Year LL.B from Tier 1 National Law University

2. 4-5 years experience (Education/Coaching industry experience is a big plus)

3. Consistent & organized in approach

4. Solid analytical abilities to analyse data, interpret trends, and draw meaningful insights that can guide product development decisions

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and work collectively towards achieving team and organizational goals

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being open to learning recent concepts, technologies, and industry trends

8. Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software and project management tools as required
