We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Management Lead to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key products within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader who can bridge business, customer, and technical perspectives to build and scale impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive product strategy, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Lead a team of Product Managers and act as a mentor to support their growth and success.

Own product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and end-of-life.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to deliver high-quality products.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business priorities.

Analyze metrics to inform product decisions and validate product performance.





Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:
610 years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.

Proven success in launching and scaling B2B or B2C products.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
