Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the Finance and Professional Services industry, not just digital marketing.

This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant (CA) or a finance professional who is looking to expand their career into communication, content creation, blog writing and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GST, Companies Act, Taxation, Corporate Laws and related regulatory matters, and should be able to identify relevant and trending topics and simplify them into engaging digital content that enhances our brand, strengthens employer branding and builds thought leadership.

Candidates with experience in Chartered Accountancy firms, Financial Services, Consulting or Legal firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Develop finance focused content with technical accuracy.
- Write blogs, articles, captions and marketing copy related to GST, Companies Act, Taxation and Compliance.
- Identify trending regulatory and taxation topics for content creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to showcase the firm's expertise and success stories.
- Update website content and support SEO initiatives.

Social Media & Branding

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, employee stories, hiring campaigns and event coverage.
- Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.




- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Video Content & Creative Development

- Create scripts for video content, reels and short educational videos.
- Design creatives and edit short videos using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.
- Support the creation of thought leadership and knowledge sharing content.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor social media, website and campaign analytics.
- Submit monthly performance reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve digital visibility and engagement.

We are specifically looking for someone who can understand our business, not just market it.

- Have worked with a CA firm, Financial Services, Consulting or Legal organization.
- Have a Commerce or Finance background.
- Are CA aspirants or graduates who have transitioned into Digital Marketing.
- Have experience in blog writing, technical content creation or financial communication.
- Are interested in building a career at the intersection of finance, communication and digital branding.
