Job Title: Head Leadership Development & Learning

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Leadership Development professional to drive leadership capability, organizational culture, and business performance across our global operations. This role extends beyond traditional Learning & Development, focusing on developing leaders, enabling transformation, and building scalable leadership frameworks that support the organization's long-term growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will design and deliver impactful leadership development initiatives, coach executives, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the global leadership development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design leadership frameworks, competency models, and structured learning journeys for leaders across all levels.
- Coach senior leaders and facilitate executive development programs to strengthen leadership capability and effectiveness.
- Lead leadership and organizational transformation initiatives to support business growth and cultural evolution.
- Partner with business and HR leaders across global regions to identify capability gaps and deliver impactful development solutions.
- Build and embed a coaching culture that promotes continuous learning and leadership excellence.




- Measure the effectiveness of leadership initiatives through business outcomes and capability metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.

- Prior experience in the Garment Export, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion, Textile, Sourcing or Retail industry is highly preferred.

- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in global or matrix organizations to drive leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

- Strong expertise in executive coaching, facilitation, leadership assessment, and change management.

- Experience designing leadership frameworks and scalable development programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to link leadership development to business performance.
