Key Responsibilities

1. School Outreach

Visit schools to introduce LabBuddys student, staff, and management health packages

Coordinate with principals, administrators, and management teams

Explain package advantages, execution flow, and reporting process

Close package bookings and assist in scheduling health check-up drives

2. RWA & Society Engagement

Connect with RWA presidents, secretaries, and committee members

Pitch preventive health packages for residents and staff

Support society health camps and booking drives

Build long-term relationships with housing societies

3. Corporate Connect

Approach small and mid-sized corporate offices

Present LabBuddys employee preventive health offerings

Coordinate demos, proposals, and on boarding

Ensure smooth handover to operations team after closure

4. Sales Execution & Reporting

Achieve assigned daily and weekly visit targets





Maintain basic visit and conversion records

Follow up on leads till closure

Coordinate with internal support teams for execution

Who Should Apply
Must-have:

15 years of field sales experience (healthcare, insurance, pharma, education, or services preferred)

Comfortable with door-to-door and institutional visits

Confident communication in Hindi and basic English

Ability to explain services clearly to non-technical audiences

Good to have:

Experience dealing with schools, or corporates

Local area familiarity

Prior experience in health camps or institutional sales
