Job Description Position: HR Executive / HR Manager HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Department
Human Resources Industry: Pharmaceutical experience preferred (Candidates from any industry with relevant HR experience are welcome to apply)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organized HR Executive/HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both HR Operations and End-to-End Recruitment, ensuring seamless HR processes while attracting and hiring top talent across various functions. Candidates with prior experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or Medical Devices industry will be given preference. However, professionals from any industry with strong HR Operations and Talent Acquisition experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding. • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment platforms. • Screen applications, conduct HR interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules. • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards. • Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and manage pre-joining and joining formalities. • Conduct reference and background verification, where applicable.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and MIS. HR Operations • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. • Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates. • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts/Payroll team. • Draft and issue HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employment-related documents. • Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations. • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes. • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally while maintaining confidentiality. • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural initiatives. • Assist in exit formalities, clearance processes, and Full & Final settlements. • Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee data. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and End-to-End Recruitment. • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms. • Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Good understanding of payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software. • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • A positive attitude with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Eligibility • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage. Experience • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or Medical Devices industry will be preferred but is not mandatory. • Candidates from any industry with relevant HR Operations and Recruitment experience are encouraged to apply. • Experience in hiring Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Corporate, IT, Finance, Procurement, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, and other business functions will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and HR operational processes. • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills. • Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
