- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in building construction or related field with expertise in MSP (Mechanical Systems).
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems design principles and installation practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from conceptualization to completion using PMP methodologies.
