We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive - Talent Acquisition in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
- A graduate degree is required.
