Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valid Delhi Drug License is Mandatory.
- 46 years of experience in retail pharmacy/store operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales, and managing store operations.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales, productivity, and profitability while achieving business targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build solid customer relationships.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy,



expiry management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Monitor store KPIs, analyze performance reports, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations.
