Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Delhi and Mumbai regions. The role focuses on automotive car care products, adhesive tapes, abrasives, and related solutions for both Automotive OEM and Aftermarket (ART) segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Lead and manage sales teams across locations
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build strong customer and distributor relationships
- Conduct product trials and support application development
- Coordinate with technical teams for customer solutions
- Ensure timely payment collections and receivables management
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of sales experience in industrial or automotive-related products
- Preferred background in:
- Automotive adhesives
- Abrasives
- Car care products
- Industrial consumables
- Solid knowledge of direct sales and distribution networks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
