Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Last Mile Delivery (LMD) operations to ensure timely and effective deliveries, optimize fleet utilization, and drive coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners. The role will focus on achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets through effective team management, route planning, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily Last Mile Delivery operations, ensuring smooth execution of delivery plans and achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and maximize vehicle utilization.
- Coordinate with 3PL delivery partners for delivery planning, tracking, issue resolution, and timely closure of pending deliveries.
- Manage vehicle planning and allocation based on delivery requirements, order volume, and operational priorities.
- Drive effective coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service,



and Logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery execution.
- Monitor delivery performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.
- Lead and manage delivery teams, ensuring productivity, adherence to processes, and operational discipline.
- Track delivery exceptions, customer escalations, and operational challenges while ensuring timely resolution.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in Last Mile Logistics, E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG Distribution.
- Strong understanding of delivery operations, route planning, fleet management, and 3PL coordination.
- Experience in managing delivery teams and driving operational KPIs.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in handling operational data and performance tracking.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
