- Perform the daily exchange operational activities.
- Handle curtailment issues as per the SOP
- Able to place bids in ON & OFF mode without failure.
- Develop a deep understanding of exchange-related software and ensure complete usage of existing IT software.
- Updating state templates and changes in the profitability sheet in software as and when required
- Interaction with clients, and IEX /PXIL officials and providing Suggestions/solutions to their satisfaction, reply to client's queries independently and politely on an immediate basis.

- Day ahead and contingency planning and application processing i.e. preparing, consent follow-up, punching, etc.
- Handle curtailment issues as per the SOP and ensure no deviation is made
- Regular update and maintenance of a complete database.
- Prepare applications and coordinate with clients for on-time scheduling of power.
- Preparation of all the reports on time with zero errors.
- Prepare Inter Department - Monthly data, schedule sheet, etc.
- Gathering client satisfaction feedback for working on regular intervals and taking measures to enhance the skills
- Update with regulatory knowledge and Learn existing/recent markets on an exchange platform
