Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects within the wind energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of civil works related to wind farm projects, including turbine foundations, roads, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of civil works for wind power projects.
- Oversee construction of wind turbine foundations, internal roads, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress,



budgets, costs, and material utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in wind energy/wind farm projects is mandatory.
