Role & responsibilities

Business Development Manager - Northern Region

Designation: Manager Experience

: 10 - 12 yrs.

Location : Noida to handle entire North

Knowledge of chiller / HVAC products & commercial market segments

Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy for Chillers' products & services focused both on winning current business in commercial markets in North India.
- Identify new customers & applications in the commercial air-conditioning and heating market based on customer needs.
- Organising & attending conferences, exhibitions, seminars, meetings, & business events.
- Meeting prospective customers (developers, builders, hotel / hospital chains / retail chains), consultants (HVAC / PMC), architects, facility management companies & other decision-makers & influencers.




- Promote the companys products and services that address customer needs.
- - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and influencers.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to win business acting as Key Account Manager for newly developed accounts.

Requirements and skills:

- Relevant working experience as a business development manager in the Chiller/HVAC industry, including market knowledge.
- Proven sales / business development track record.
- Experience in handling customer support services would be an added advantage.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Time management and planning skills
- BE (Mech / Electrical / E&TC;)
