Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic business growth, market expansion, and diversification initiatives.

- Lead business development efforts to secure large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects.

- Enhance the Company's order book, revenue, profitability, and market presence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Central and State Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, Regulatory Authorities, Funding Agencies, Consultants, and key stakeholders.

- Represent the Company at senior levels for strategic liaisoning, project facilitation, policy matters, and business opportunities.

- Provide leadership and oversight for project execution, operational excellence, commercial performance, and risk management.

- Drive organizational transformation, process improvement,



resource optimization, and performance enhancement.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Candidate Profile

- Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed institution is preferred. Candidates with a Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and significant EPC leadership experience may also be considered.

- Full time MBA/PGDM or equivalent Post-Graduate Management Qualification from a reputed institution shall be preferred.
