A quick-growing omnichannel brand in the fabrics and textile industry is looking for a Growth Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead performance marketing, social media, content strategy, and AI-driven growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys building scalable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive lead generation through Meta Ads, performance marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Own social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Lead content planning and collaborate with the in-house creative team.
- Implement AI tools and marketing automation to improve marketing efficiency.
- Track campaign performance, optimize ROI,



and deliver actionable business insights.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media strategy, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Proven ability to manage creative teams and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
