Role & responsibilities

- Manage consulting projects by overseeing timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and client expectations.
- Independently own project modules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality consulting solutions.
- Develop multi-year business plans, growth strategies, market entry frameworks, and competitive positioning strategies.
- Conduct detailed market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build advanced financial models, perform ROI analysis, capital budgeting, and business case evaluations.
- Conduct corporate valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Multiples, and other valuation methodologies.
- Prepare strategic recommendations supported by data-driven insights and financial analysis.
- Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations and boardroom-ready consulting reports with compelling strategic narratives.
- Leverage Generative AI platforms and AI-powered tools to enhance research, data analysis, documentation, and consulting productivity.




- Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Represent the organization during client meetings, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, market visits, and government interactions as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
- Approximately 3 years of post-MBA/PGDM experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Advisory, Business Consulting, or a related field.
- Solid expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
