- Overall Center Management - Lead and oversee the overall functioning of the center, ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination among departments, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.

- Operational & Financial Performance - Monitor the center's operational and financial performance, including P&L;, budgets, resource utilization, and cost efficiency, while ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.

- Patient Experience - Ensure a seamless patient journey by maintaining high service standards, addressing patient concerns promptly, and continuously improving patient satisfaction.

- Clinical & Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with doctors, nursing, OT, Optical, Pharmacy, Finance, HR, and other support functions to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient-focused operations.

- Quality & Compliance - Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, infection control protocols, biomedical waste management guidelines, and internal quality policies.





- Resource & Infrastructure Management - Oversee the effective utilization and maintenance of manpower, medical equipment, infrastructure, inventory, and other resources to support uninterrupted patient care.

- Business Development & Community Engagement - Support initiatives to strengthen the center's presence in the community by collaborating with the marketing team, developing referral networks, and participating in outreach programs.

- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement - Review operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, prepare MIS reports, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Stakeholder Management - Foster robust relationships with patients, consultants, employees, vendors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and organizational success.
