- Graduation: B.com/M.com/MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 3 - 9 years (in financial planning and Analysis)
- Shifts: Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shifts

Responsibilities

- Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance.
- Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends,



variances, and actionable insights for senior management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A; processes and controls.
- Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
