Experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD products) - Immunology

Key Responsibilities

- Perform troubleshooting of immunology instruments and assays

- Conduct data analysis and ensure accurate data validation

- Apply immunology principles to improve assay performance

- Ensure compliance with quality management systems
- Drive customer engagement through training and technical support

- Provide technical and scientific support for immunology-based applications and products

- Support sales and business development teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions

- Collaborate with RD teams for product evaluation and application development

- Generate scientific reports, protocols, application notes, and technical documentation

- Participate in conferences,



workshops, webinars, and customer meetings

Required Qualifications Skill Sets

- 4 8 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Life Sciences / Immunology / Biotechnology
- Experience with laboratory instruments and software related to immunology

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to troubleshoot experiments independently
