Job Purpose

Develop accurate 3D structural steel models in Tekla Structures based on engineering drawings, ensuring constructability, clash-free modeling, and readiness for fabrication detailing.

Role & responsibilities

* Develop detailed 3D structural steel models in Tekla Structures.

* Model:

* Pipe racks

* Boiler structures

* Coal handling plants

* Ash handling structures

* Industrial buildings

* Power plant structures

* Conveyor galleries

* Create model hierarchy, grids, levels, and reference models.

* Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

* Resolve clashes before detailing.

* Ensure proper numbering and model integrity.

* Maintain project model revisions.

* Support the fabrication detailing team.

Preferred candidate profile :

Software

* Tekla Structures

* AutoCAD

* Navisworks (preferred)

Experience

* 4 to 8 years

* Minimum 3 years on Tekla Structures.
