Role & responsibilities

- M. Tech- Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Experience in high-rise building construction will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Review and monitor structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural activities at site.
- Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), structural quantities, and reinforcement details.
- Ensure structural works comply with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
- Resolve technical and structural issues arising during execution.




- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to execution teams.
- Review contractor method statements and technical submittals related to structural activities.
- Monitor progress of structural works and prepare technical/site reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved construction methodologies and engineering practices.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams for smooth project execution.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives wherever applicable.
