Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Hiring).
- Strong understanding of Big4 companies' hiring processes and niche markets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
