About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused medical appointment scheduler/patient coordinator/medical records coordinator to join our growing US healthcare support team.

The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with patients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance companies while providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Appointment Scheduling

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Coordinate appointments with medical providers, specialists, imaging centers, and therapy clinics.
- Verify provider availability and maintain accurate scheduling calendars.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders and missed appointments.

Patient Coordination

- Answer inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Assist patients with appointment-related questions and general inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, attorneys, and referral sources.
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.

Medical Records Coordination

- Request, receive, organize, and track medical records.
- Follow up with healthcare facilities for pending medical records.
- Ensure medical records are complete and properly documented.
- Upload, categorize, and maintain patient files in electronic systems.




- Coordinate medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US healthcare.
- Experience in medical appointment scheduling or patient coordination is a PLUS
- Experience handling medical records is a PLUS.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
