Role & responsibilities

- Planning, coordinating, and executing media releases across print, television, radio, digital, and outdoor media as per client requirements.

- Releasing advertisements by issuing Release Orders (ROs) to publications, TV channels, radio stations, and other media partners.

- Coordinating with media houses to ensure timely execution of advertisements and resolving any scheduling or publication-related issues.

- Following up with publications, television channels, radio stations, and vendors regarding release status, proof of execution, invoices, and required documentation.

- Managing media billing, dispatching bills and supporting documents to clients, and ensuring timely follow-up for acknowledgements and payments.





- Maintaining strong relationships with media vendors and ensuring accurate record-keeping of releases, invoices, and campaign documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in media operations with an advertising agency.

- Hands-on experience in issuing Release Orders (ROs), media coordination, billing, and campaign execution.

- Solid relationships and coordination skills with publications, television channels, radio stations, and other media partners.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Hindi.
