Position- Junior Branch Sales officer
Location- Delhi NCR
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years work experience in any Bank/NBFC with focus on CASA acquisition & relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
- Generate business through field sales and customer visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets.
- Cross-sell banking products such as, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Debit/Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
- Coordinate with branch staff for account opening and documentation.
- Ensure KYC and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and daily activity reports.
