Should have worked in Construction or designing of Hotels, Resorts pr any other hospitality projects

Responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution and timely delivery with highest standards of quality, customer experience, safety, and commercial efficiency.

The role combines project management excellence with customer-centric execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, defect-free, and creates a memorable customer journey that reinforces the company's brand promise and delivers outstanding value for money

* 1015 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and/ or Hospitality





* Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management.

* MBA/PGDM (preferred).

* Drive timely completion of projects from construction to handover.

* Develop integrated project execution plans.

* Monitor milestone-based delivery.

* Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

* Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

* Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and customer teams.

* Develop a “Zero Defect Delivery” culture.
