Role Summary: We are seeking a critical thinker and data-driven MI Analyst to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting that drives strategic business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with large datasets, identify key trends, and translate raw data into actionable stories for leadership. The ideal candidate has a solid data foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop, automate, and maintain MI reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Advanced Excel, SQL, Big Query, Power BI, and Looker (GCP environment).
- Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, identify anomalies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations, customer data teams, and leadership to understand reporting requirements and present findings clearly and confidently.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
- Process Automation: Continuously improve and enhance reporting workflows through automation and best practices to support ad-hoc data requests efficiently.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality process documentation, including SOPs, data dictionaries, and process flows.

Required Essential Skills:





- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting analytical insights to business stakeholders.
- Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of data environments, data structures, and reporting workflows. High proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, basic automation).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, a basic understanding of statistics/mathematical concepts, and the ability to interpret data beyond just the numbers.
- Ownership: Proven ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines with high-quality outputs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 13 years in MI, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Operations roles (Strong freshers with analytical aptitude welcome).
- Tech Stack Exposure: Hands-on familiarity with SQL, Big Query, Power Query, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Automation: Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate, VBA, or workflow automation systems.
- Nice to Have: Understanding of data governance, basic statistical concepts (correlation, hypothesis testing, distributions), and relevant certifications (e.g., ECBA, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, SQL).
