- Physical Verification: Conduct cycle counts, random spot checks, and annual/periodic physical inventories of all stock items.
- Reconciliation & Variance Analysis: Reconcile physical counts with system balances (SAP, Tally, or ERP). Investigate root causes for any shortages, overages, or damages.
- Process Evaluation: Assess the adequacy of current inventory control procedures and recommend improvements to prevent pilferage and waste.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive, data-driven audit reports detailing stock discrepancies, aging/obsolete items, and actionable insights for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all stock movements, receipts, and dispatch processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be Graduate
- Should have stock audit experince in Retail Stores.
- Should be open to travel.
