ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior 3D Graphic Designer & Creative Lead with 8+ years of experience in 3D design, graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of industry-leading design tools, a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative output across multiple disciplines, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
This role demands a portfolio-driven professional who can independently manage projects from concept through execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain brand consistency across digital and print media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3D Design & Visualization
Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and photorealistic renders using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Autodesk Maya
Develop architectural and product visualization including exhibition stall and interior design renders
Produce 3D walkthroughs, animations, and explainer visuals for client presentations
Optimize 3D assets for use in various media formats including print, digital, and immersive displays
Graphic Design & Branding
Design comprehensive brand identities including logos, brand guides, stationery, and promotional collateral
Create print-ready artwork for catalogues, brochures, stickers, banners, and marketing materials
Develop website UI/UX layouts and ensure visual coherence with brand guidelines
Manage and create social media creatives for 50+ accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), encompassing static creatives, carousel posts, video creatives, reel assets/shots, single-page and dual-page flyers, and catalogues/brochures
Handle end-to-end Amazon, Flipkart, and Big Basket e-commerce listings including brand pages, product banners, and A+ content




Collaborate closely with the Marketing team during product photography and videography shoots to advise on required angles, compositions, lighting, and visual requirements, ensuring the availability of suitable raw content for design and promotional activities
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit, color-grade, and deliver high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Create motion graphics, animated infographics, product reveals, and explainer animations
Produce reels, short-form content, and brand promotional films for social media campaigns

Understanding of AR/VR asset preparation and 3D asset optimization for metaverse/immersive experiences
Familiarity with Sigma or Adobe XD for web/app design collaboration
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web asset handoff to developers
Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Notion)




Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce listing images and alt-text

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Graduate/Diploma in Multimedia & Animation (Arena Animation or equivalent institute)
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Animation, or any relevant stream
8+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, 3D design, and video editing
Award or recognition in 3D Modeling/Design (e.g., APTECH Creative Hunt or equivalent) preferred
Strong portfolio on Behance, Art Station, or personal website showcasing 3D renders, branding, and motion work

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

Candidates should ideally have worked with or demonstrated expertise in the following types of environments:
MNCs, creative advertising agencies, or architectural/real estate design studios
Product-based companies or e-commerce brands requiring large-scale digital creatives
Multi-category projects spanning events, exhibitions, interior design, and digital marketing
