Business Analyst Job Specification

Location: Mumbai / Pune Experience: 8 12 years

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with UK Product Management and offshore delivery teams. You will translate business requirements into explicit, actionable user stories and ensure backlog quality for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with UK Product Owners to understand business needs
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain a clear, prioritised, high quality backlog
- Support sprint planning, refinement, and requirement walkthroughs
- Work closely with Dev, QA, and Delivery to ensure shared understanding
- Validate requirements and support UAT discussions

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyse, document, and communicate requirements clearly
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira (preferred)
