- Organize timely sourcing & procurement and transfer of materials to contract manufacturing organization (CMO)
- Liaise with the Formulation team for timely Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Drive the sample testing schedule with the Analytical team and present results for selection
- Managing Third Party Manufacturing Operations starting from Price quotations to finalization of PO
- Laisioning with Clients for dispatch schedules of products from plant including Finalization of art works ,follow up with purchase Department for printed packing and Raw Materials
- Liasioning with Production team for tentative as well as confirmed production schedule.
- Managing purchase of finished goods and costing of the products (as required).
- Initiate vendor assurance, supply agreements, quality agreements with QA Department, and credit terms and conditions (as required)
- Assist quality department in supplier audits,



investigation complaints, change control and GMP systems monitoring
- Work closely with Project teams and maintain open and on-going communication with internal stakeholders regarding forward planning for production schedules, supplier, key negotiations and performance and lead times.
