Role & responsibilities

- Hands on experience in IT Infrastructure Services with a proven track record of handling big IT Infrastructure environment.
- Good knowledge and experience of Datacenter services, EUC or Service Desk
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in transition management with proven record of transition services from incumbent
- Handle team of more than 100 plus associate
- Customer Management
- Valuable English communication skills both written and verbal
- Exp in creating recent solutions and proposals for customers in IT Infra domain.
- Good experience in Project Management. Drive independently at least one transformation project.
- Good understanding of Project finance. Track revenue and cost..

- Required to work in 24*7 support pattern
- Coordinate with various teams for operational effectiveness.
- Internal compliance of the team

- Work on new business proposals for the customer
