- We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Electronics Hardware Technician / Lab Support Engineer to support our engineering teams across India while working remotely.
- The ideal candidate will assist with hardware troubleshooting, PCB rework, component sourcing, inventory coordination, and ensuring engineering teams have the hardware they need to operate efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic hardware issues at the circuit and board level.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and copper traces.
- Perform PCB soldering, rework, and component replacement, including 0201 SMD components.
- Assemble cables, wire harnesses, prototypes, and test fixtures.
- Use diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, bench power supplies, and preferably a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
- Monitor and troubleshoot UART, IC, and SPI communication interfaces using appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to understand hardware requirements and maintain component availability.
- Source electronic components from Indian distributors and suppliers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical inventory records.




- Prepare procurement lists and communicate hardware requirements to global engineering teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of practical experience in electronics hardware troubleshooting or lab support.
- Ability to read electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and bench power supplies.
- Knowledge of UART, IC, and SPI protocols.
- Strong soldering and PCB rework skills (0201 components).
- Experience assembling cables, wire harnesses, and fixtures.
- Familiarity with Indian electronic component distributors.
- Positive organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Preferred Skills Experience using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
- Experience supporting embedded hardware or R&D; teams.
- Exposure to inventory management and procurement processes.
