We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive Brand & Growth to strengthen IndiaPicture's brand presence and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building marketing programs from the ground up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow IndiaPicture's LinkedIn presence through engaging B2B content.
- Develop customer case studies and marketing collateral showcasing client success stories.
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and client engagement.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Assist in planning webinars, product campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate Google Ads, YouTube, PR, and content marketing initiatives as required.
- Work closely with Sales, Content, and AI teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports using analytics tools.
- Build strong relationships with agencies, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing,



Brand Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, or video editing is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment.
