Job Description

- Greensoft Systems is looking for highly qualified STEM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support AI model evaluation, validation, annotation, and technical content review projects.
- The role involves solving complex domain-specific problems, reviewing AI-generated responses, and ensuring high standards of technical accuracy, reasoning, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Support AI model evaluation, validation, annotation, and data generation activities.
- Solve and review domain-specific STEM problems with high accuracy.
- Create, validate, and evaluate reasoning-based responses and technical explanations.
- Review academic and expert-level content for technical correctness, consistency, and quality.
- Perform annotation, evaluation, and quality assurance tasks following project guidelines.
- Ensure outputs are clear, accurate, and logically sound.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with project standards and quality requirements.
- Meet project timelines while handling high-volume deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Master's or PhD (PhD preferred) in a relevant STEM discipline.
- Strong subject matter expertise with excellent conceptual clarity and analytical skills.




- Experience in AI model evaluation, annotation, data labeling, academic review, or technical validation.
- Research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals is highly preferred.
- Experience in coding, programming, or algorithmic problem solving (where applicable).
- Excellent written communication and technical explanation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- AI/LLM evaluation and validation projects.
- Academic research or scientific publications.
- Technical content development or peer review.
- Large-scale academic or technical project delivery.
- Experience working with quality assurance or annotation platforms.
